Cancellation Policy    Parties booked only after a 50% deposit has been received. Deposits are refundable only when written notification is received ninety days prior to your departure date.  A cancellation fee of 50% of your deposit will be retained by Hartman Outfitters. Final payment is due thirty days prior to your departure. All trips embark on time regardless of the current weather conditions (no refunds if it rains or snows).
